So we have moved to our new space at 17-19 West 45th St and it is beautiful. We are so excited to continue to help develop theatre in the Heart of Times Square, the theatrical center of the universe. It has been quite a ride and we would like to thank EVERYONE who participated in our Fund, and who helped with our move. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! We were 11 years on 42nd St. We hope to be another 20 years here in our gorgeous new space.
As we move forward in our new space, we will continue to present new work, but we are also going to add more INTENSIVES - quick and informative seminars, very rarely lasting longer than a week, sometimes just one night, and sometimes actually leading to production, to help playwrights, actors and directors get even better at what they do!
As part of our new mission, we want to help develop NEW ARTISTS! We want to give playwrights, actors and directors performance opportunities and we want to help them develop their skills.
So please check out our new "Intensives" below and on the pages above under Classes.
And if you have any suggestions about what you might need as a LIVE ARTIST, please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks for continuing to PLAY with us. We promise you more good stuff and some exciting performance opportunities too.

“We loved our experience at MRT! Ken runs such a tight ship, and he does it with great passion and humor. The 10 Minute Play Contest was a blast! We had so much fun doing the show multiple times, and Ken was incredibly supportive of the writers, actors and directors. He clearly loves presenting new theatrical works. And he keeps his theatre immaculate! He is also great with emails - very responsive and specific. Overall a fantastic experience, and I hope to come back again!”

HOW TO BE MORE CREATIVE!
WRITING, PLAYMAKING, ACTING AND MORE
from Artistic Director, Ken Wolf
Nearly Naked with Meryl Streep
From the New York Observer
I can’t quite explain how it happened, but last night I found myself performing in my underwear for Meryl Streep.
Well, I can explain part of it—the part thatwasn’t the direct result of the Gods of Off-Off-Broadway Theater.
My good friend Hanah Fazio wrote a play called “The Miss Woman Pageant 2013,” which was accepted into the Manhattan Repertory Theatre’s Spring One-Act Competition.
