Lucy Hale is probably, indeed, a stranger to you.  Daughter of an Abolitionist senator, friend of Robert Lincoln, fiancé of John Wilkes Booth. Uncover the best-kept secret of Lincoln’s assassination.

Teresa Catherine has a love for storytelling, period dramas, and strong women.  It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that such passionate interests come together so powerfully.

Created initially for her MFA thesis production, Teresa quickly realized Lucy's story was one she need to continue exploring and sharing.  Through more research, development, and the opportunity to produce it here at Manhattan Rep, Teresa is thrilled to bring Lucy's story of love, heartbreak, and forgiveness to the stage once again.

Teresa holds a BA in Production Studies from Clemson University, and an MFA in Acting from the Catholic University of America.  Stage credits include: Coriolanus (Sicinius), The Revolutionists (Marie Antoinette), Hamlet (Ophelia), and Float (Jan, world premiere).  Film credits include: Revan (Meetra), Requiem for the Heart (Margaret Underhill), and The Calling (Mrs. Andrew Murphy, in produciton).
